Help Heather in Her Fight Against Breast Cancer
On May 21st Heather was diagnosed with Stage III invasive breast cancer that has spread to her lymph nodes. Heather will be starting a 20-week course of chemotherapy June 3rd. If she responds well to chemo, surgery and radiation will follow and whatever else is required to fight this battle.
The last thing we want her worrying about is how she is going to pay for all of this - so, that’s where you come in. We would greatly appreciate any and all donations to put towards her medical expenses. If you can’t afford to donate, that’s okay too. We ask that you say a prayer for her and her family or send positive vibes their way.
Many of you know all that is the amazing Heather Deutsch. If you have had the pleasure of knowing Heather, you know how wonderful she is…but more than anything, she is self-sufficient, selfless and always helping others. Heather loves SO well and cherishes her family, friends and patients with a ferocity that any of us would be lucky to experience in a lifetime. She is a genuinely kindhearted person that has worked in the healthcare industry for many years saving lives. Now it’s our turn to help her save hers.
Heather has been incredibly strong and tenacious since finding out the news, and she is ready to fight this head on. We know this fight will not be an easy one. Heather is about to embark on a journey of healing, so we hope to use this as a way to generate not only a powerful prayer army to lift her up, but to give her a financial blessing to ease the unforeseen burden of needing to take time off as an ICU nurse for the beginning of her treatment. This would be just an ounce of the good Heather has put into the world that can be given back to her when she needs it most.
