Help hazel get her procedure

This is hazel my dog, i got her when she was 1years old at a shelter. She has really bad anxiety from being in the shelter. I got her around the time my grandpa and my other dog died. She is my therapy dog and im her therapy human we need eachother. She accidentally got burnt by cooking oil and need alot of procedures for her to heal.
