Our beloved friend, sister, and community advocate, Hayli, is facing a major challenge. She has recently learned she needs a partial hysterectomy due to a large fibroid mass on her uterus. While the surgery is necessary for her health and healing, the recovery time will require her to take at least six weeks off work.

For those who know Hayli, you know she has always been the one to show up for others. She works in social services, dedicating her life to helping people in need, and has a huge heart for animals as well. She is the friend who shows up without hesitation, the advocate who fights for those without a voice, and the steady support for anyone lucky enough to know her.

But now, Hayli needs us.

Because of recent funding cuts in her field, her job and housing stability are already at risk. Adding the financial strain of time off without income on top of significant out-of-pocket medical costs makes this recovery feel overwhelming.
