Raising Money to escape Homelessness

Hello, my name is Ashleigh Haxie, I'm a 22 year old trans girl from the UK, and I desperately need your help. I have, as of a few weeks ago, become homeless, and am currently shifting between various friends places and AirBnBs paid for by kind online people. I can't carry on like this, There's only so much time I can borrow a friend's sofa, and due to the limited time at each place, and a lack of a home address I haven't been able to secure a job to work on getting income to get a place to live. Due to long-standing back issues, and atrophy of muscles during lockdown and my depression-fuelled days in bed, I find doing manual labour particularly difficult, and lifting too heavy of a load often causes my back to spasm and I'm out of action for at least a day while I relax the muscles. My sister has been helping me out by paying for food and a few bits for a while, but I'm now at a point where I realise that this is not sustainable, I need to get a place of my own.
I've found a place to live (Near my girlfriend, who is studying at university) but need your help to secure the deposit and the  first 2 months of rent, and past that I would be able to handle the payments myself, either through help from my sister and doing work for her and others to earn enough to keep afloat, or getting a simple job in retail until I can get a job more related to my skillset. For now, I'm just asking for enough to get a flat for a short while to be able to sleep in a bed again, and to be able to get the ball rolling on jobs and having an income again. The total cost for the deposit is 1 months rent + £100 and the rent is £800. I've set the cost at 4k to cover the cost of retrieving my belongings from storage, and also for the various fees associated with the letting agents, I also had to get an AirBnB for a few weeks, as I've run out of sofas to sleep on.
