Let's face it, this year has been absolutely terrible. Covid-19 has affected ballroom dancing in such a way that some studios have permanently closed their doors.
Our studio is still here, but it has been hit rather hard by this pandemic, and we're hanging on by a thread. The money that has been raised so far by this fundraiser has been used to pay a large portion of our rent, but now that money is running out, there's a new spike in cases, and we're looking for help once again.
We're asking you to think of us during this holiday season. We would greatly appreciate a small donation. Anything you are able to contribute would be gratefully accepted.
Since March, we've received about $4,000 and that's helped us survive so far. If we can get $2,000 more, we will be able to survive through this winter, and hopefully by that time a vaccine will be out and this quarantine will end.
We love you all, and we hope we can see you on the dance floor soon.
