Help Harley Heal: Support for Vet Care

My name is Jeremy, and this is my new rescue dog Harley. Harley came to our pack with balanoposthitis. We went to the vet and had a checkup and went through a week's worth of antibiotics, but the infection is still there and now starting to get worse again.

I also have to get Harley neutered. I can't go about this until I can get rid of the infection. Which may mean multiple vet visits and blood/hormone tests. When I can get rid of the infection, I will have to schedule a visit to get him neutered and find a hotel room or somewhere to stay for 2 weeks for him to heal, as we live out of a trailer and that's not sanitary.
