For the past 13 years, Hard Times Skate Shop has been a cornerstone for skaters in Portsmouth. We’ve worked hard to create a space where everyone feels welcome, whether you’re picking up your first board or you’ve been skating for years. Our shop is more than just a business—it’s a community hub, a place where friendships are made and where the next generation of skaters finds inspiration and support.

 Our lease now requires us to install new outdoor signage, and we know that having a clear, visible sign will help us reach more people. It’s about more than just meeting a requirement—it’s about legitimacy and accessibility. With the right signage, customers can find us faster, trust us more, and feel proud to be connected to a shop that truly belongs at the heart of Portsmouth’s culture.
