Hannah James and their family are facing an unimaginable loss after a house fire made their rental home unlivable. Hannah, their husband Chris, and their three children made it out safely, which is a blessing, but the fire and smoke damage destroyed nearly everything they owned. In the middle of this heartbreak, they are also grieving the loss of their cat. What should have been a safe home is now gone, and the family is left trying to process this tragedy while figuring out how to rebuild their daily lives.

 Unfortunately, due to an error, their rental insurance had lapsed, leaving Hannah and their family to start over with very little support. They need help securing housing, replacing clothing, and covering the many basic essentials that were lost in the fire. The road ahead will be overwhelming, and the costs of rebuilding a sense of normalcy for their children will add up quickly.
