Back in 2018, many of you contributed to the $25,000 immigration bond we posted for Hamid, a teenager from Afghanistan who had been unjustly detained by ICE and was freed by the dedicated organizing work of a group of high school students from June Jordan School for Equity. After years of delay, Hamid is finally getting his day in court and hoping to win asylum! And there's one last hurdle: we need to raise $800 to cover the cost of an expert report showing the dangers of him returning to Afghanistan. Can you help?
