Help Gustavo with his education

Hello,
My name is Gustavo, and I am 20 years old. I am a cello major at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. I was born in a small town in the south of Brazil, and I was raised in... “complicated” conditions both financially and emotionally. My father died the day before the day I was born, so my mother had to support me and my two other siblings with a very low income, but even amidst this situation, music saved my life and became the reason why I keep fighting in this life to share my art with the world. I have come a long way, and today I have accomplished a lot of things in terms of my education in my carrier. Effort and dedication are essential for success, but I also had tremendous support from people who were willing to give me finalncial assistance and become my patrons. Something really cool happend this year, I got a letter of acceptance from the famous Heifetz Music Institute. It is basically one of the greatest summer music festivals in the country. I have always dreamed of attending Heifetz, and I have no words to express how much it would mean to me going to this program for this summer. Well, I got a big scholarship of $2,000, but even so I have to come up with a lot of money to be able to attend the program. I have been saving money from gigs all year long and that will cover a little bit of the cost, but without your help, even with undying efforts and determination, I won’t be able to go to Heifetz. The cost of the whole thing is $6000 and I am asking roughly for 3000.
I just would like to say that, this is not only about me being able to go to an expensive festival. It is about giving me the opportunity to prove that anyone, no matter social/economical status, race, or ethnicity can do big things and can follow their dreams and purposes in their lives. I want to become the best musician I can be, so that one day I can share my light and my hopes with the world through my skills and capacities.
Thank you for reading this, and I hope my words touched you and you feel encouraged to help me in my journey .
