Save Guinness's eye

Hi my name is Mira I would like to introduce you to Guinness my 12 year old labrador Mastiff that as been part of our family for 7 years now.Guinness was a shelter dog for the first 4 years of his life. When we got him he was living with a adoptive family.
He as always been a very healthy dog but 6 months ago a bump started growing in the corner of his right eye and now it as grown so much and some time bleeds.
He as a tumor in is eye that needs to be removed so that a biopsies can be performed. leaving it alone is not a option as it will continue to grow and cause even more damage.When we bought Guinness we were in a very good financial situation but unfortunately in the last few years my health as detoriated and my doctor removed me from work and  I will unfortunately never be able to go back to work. Guinness is like are child and it breaks are hearts to see him suffer like this.
Guinness means everything to me and im willing to do anything to help him get a better quality of life so am looking for all the different ways to help him. I never intended to get a dog that I couldn't financially take care of but unfortunately I really need help.
Covid-19 as made finding a vetenarian for him harder and vet's in my area have no appointment available to see him so we will have to seek treatment in a vetenarian hospital in Ottawa with much higher cost.
All money raise will go towards pre-surgical testing and the surgery.
I don't like to ask for help put my baby Guinness needs me.....
