<div>Hello, my name is Guadalupe. I am a single woman and the sole caregiver of my two young grandchildren, who depend entirely on me. They do not have a father in their lives, and I am their only support, their guide, and their home.

<div>Just 15 days ago, my life changed completely. I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, with metastasis to my liver and lungs. Receiving this news has been heartbreaking not only because of my own health, but because my biggest worry is my grandchildren: their wellbeing, their future, and the fear of not being able to continue caring for them as they deserve.

<div>The  facing this situation alone has been incredibly difficult. But I will not give up, because they need me. My hope is to continue treatment and fight for more time with them. 
</div>
<div>Due to my low income I can NOT afford the treatment and other medical expenses..
</div>
<div>after treatment I need a surgery to help doctor remove the tumor. This has been an unexpected process and we were not ready financially. My bills are accumulating and I can’t work at the moment.

<div>Today, with all humility, I open my heart and ask for your help. Every contribution, no matter how small, gives me a chance to keep fighting. It means more time with my grandchildren. It means hope.
