<div>If you have been watching the news lately, On Dec 2nd 2024 my dear friend, Grizz Chapman recently suffered one of those major life challenges when a huge frieght truck crashed into the bedroom of his condo, injurying 4 people, damaging 11 vehicles and destroying most of his possessions. The crash has made my dear friend's home uninhabitable, forcing him into a temporary state of homelessness.

<div>He is still doing dialysis 3 days week and keeping his faith. Until the police investigation is complete his insurance will not cover any expenses.
</div>
<div>Building Management is still awaiting the building permit to rebuild his home which may take 8 weeks depending on the weather.

<div>As his friend I will do everything that I can to help him through this trying time, but not only did working with this very talented man change my life, but I am aware that he touched the lives of millions.

<div>As the holidays and the winter weather approaches Grizz Chapman needs our support more than ever. As much as my friend is thankful, grateful and trusting the Lord, he is in urgent need of help to cover the costs of temporary housing, food and other immediate needs.
