Help Granny Get Home

Evelyn "Granny" Jones needs help renovating her home following the flooding of Hurricane Harvey.  Ms. Jones retired after working nearly 20 years with the Houston Police Department.  Rather than relax,  when a neighbor died and left 7 minor children with nothing, Ms. Jones did not hesitate in acting on her faith and opened her home, giving them a home when it was needed.   Ms. Jones is now 70 years old and continues to raise Valerie (12) and Tatiana (8), siblings of our boys Derrick, Eric, and Marquis.  Ms. Jones is amazing in her care and love for these children, as well as many others in her community and family. 

Restoration is estimated to  $45,000.00.  Additionally, they will need furniture throughout the house, as we had to throw out all belongings due to mold.  With a little FEMA relief, our contributions and donations from a few friends, we have already raised nearly $15,000.00.
