Help my dad to safety

I am terrified for my father who is in Venezuela. For those who don't know Venezuela is now a war zone with murders daily; no food, no medicine and my dad is a diabetic. There are shortages of water, electricity and basic hygiene products. We fear for his health and safety.

The biggest fear is that they will close the borders so people can't leave Venezuela.

I am a Canadian single mom who doesn't have the money to bring him here. He is already clear to come to Canada on a Canadian grandparent 2 year visa. We need to raise the money to bring him to Vancouver by boat from Colombia. Unfortunately he can't fly for health reasons.
