<div>Debbie &amp; Mary Grandjean are Emile Grandjean’s granddaughters. We have been vacationing at Sawtooth Lodge since we were small children. It is our homeland &amp; we can feel our grandparents’ presence there. Three generations of Grandjeans were at Sawtooth Lodge in July.

<div>On July 24, tragedy struck. Lightening started a fire that is still burning. The lodge &amp; cabins are in danger but still standing. Six nearby summer homes have burned to the ground.

<div>Jesse Buhler is the manager &amp; he is our hero as are the firefighters. The marvelous staff has been let go (darling college students) as Grandjean Road &amp; the lodge have been closed for several weeks. This has been a huge financial drain on the lodge &amp; Jesse’s crew. (Debbie &amp; I are not the owners of the lodge, just patrons.)
