<div>Grace Placed Ministries was once known as Community Christian Assembly. The church was well known as a "light house to the community" serving and sharing the love of Jesus. The church ran a food bank for many years until the church was burnt down in December 2015. We all know that the church is not just a building but is where we come together in the name of Jesus. In 2018 the church purchased the old fire house building at 9512 17th Avenue East, Tacoma Wa. 98445. With much work ahead of them, many permits and renovations were needed to come to city codes. A contractor was needed so papers were signed. The church insurance claim from the fire could not cover both the cost of the building and all renovations that were needed for the building to be up to code. The contactor graciously gave us five years to pay. That time has come and now the church must pay in full what is due. The church tried to get a bank loan four years ago but was denied due to financial strain. Currently Grace Placed Ministries is looking into church loans or any other options that we may have. The contractor needs to be paid in full by February.  Grace Placed Ministries is praying and believing for a miracle.
