<div>In September Gordy was sadly diagnosed with Stage 2 stomach cancer.
</div>
<div>Has already begun course of high-dose chemotherapy. Surgery is now Tuesday 23rd of December following with more chemotherapy.
</div>

<div>Despite everything, Gordy is still working 3 days to support is family financial.
</div>
<div>A reflection of his strength and pride — but his health now needs to come first.
</div>

<div>Independence hates every day at the moment for what he is going through.
</div>

</div>
<div>Gordy is home recovers from surgery.
</div>
<div>Will take up to 8 weeks recovery then more chemotherapy to start in February. 
</div>

<div>Many have asked how to help, so we’ve set up a GoFundMe to support Gordy in stepping back from work and focusing on recovery from surgery then more chemotherapy treatments without added financial pressure.
