#THISISGIVING non-profit org NEEDS A HOME!

Hi! I’m Vinessa Gabrielle - a recent graduate from Columbia College Chicago and an aspiring podcast personality. I developed at an early age which led to me getting my period at a young age. So growing up trying to afford hygiene products as well as beauty products for myself as I grew up was definitely a struggle. I suffer from PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) which has caused me to develop cystic acne, so trying to maintain my skin and cover up with makeup started to run into some money. It costs to be a woman. It costs to be a person. It costs to be beautiful. So I’m just trying to create a space that makes it a lot easier for the people who can’t afford their foundation, or splurge on their skin regime products so you can feel comfortable in your skin. We can’t control everything in our lives but we can create change and make room for improvement. And I hope I can help you glow by doing just that. Donations are going towards a place for #THISISGIVING organization to call home where you can come drop off new, unused beauty and hygiene products and where we can host fundraising events, hosts panel discussion and free makeup classes.
