My beautiful and talented friend, Ginnie McKnight, has suffered a devastating loss in the last 24 hours. Her home in Baltimore burned Saturday night (5/26/18) and without the aid of insurance, she will have to start from scratch on her own. Ginnie is a highly accomplished and sought after artist, who’s work has been used in the “See America” campaign for the Department of Transportation, and an advertisement campaign for the African American Smithsonian Museum. She is also a budding film maker and her inaugural film, Moving Home, debuted at The Cannes Film Festival last week! She’s a devoted friend, and a kind and selfless human. I am Rissi Palmer and we have been friends...sisters... since our freshman year of college at DePaul. Aside from our friendship, she generously designed shirts for my kickstarter campaign and merch years ago. Please help her get back on her feet. She is aware of me doing this and ALL funds will go to her. Any donation will help. Thank you in advance.
