Help get this puppy healthy!

This little guy was left at a campsite this weekend with a pretty big gash on one of his legs.  He's a great dog, but we're not really in a position to take him on.  He needs some immediate medical care as well as a forever home, and we're not in a great position to provide either.

We have foster care for the next couple of weeks, but still looking for a permanent home.

Vet diagnosis:  No chip, no parvo.  It's gonna cost around $227 just to get him stabilized.  He will still need around $300 of additional care for his leg wounds and digestive issues.  Any help would be appreciated.
