Help get Megans' endurance back! Need a Peloton

My doctors want me swimming or riding bicycles to help with my endurance and strength. I was approved with Peloton for an indoor bike and then 11 days later, graciously denied. Im desperate to get my strength and life back. Please help and share. Thank you., Megan
