URGENT SURGERY AND TREATMENT FOR CARSON!!!

Hi everyone , our names are Jordan and Tiffany , our son Carson is 15 weeks old now and was admitted into hospital on July 9th , we originally expressed concerns about Carson as his veins on his head had become really visible and prompt , we then acted upon this and brought Carson to the GP , the Doctor then sent us straight down the Leeds general infirmary as they was extremely concerned , we have been here ever since . 

Carson straight away went in for a CT scan and MRI scan . Upon this we was then hit with the devastating news that they had found a abscess on Carson’s brain with a collection of cysts to follow . 

So at the time Carson was only 8 weeks old and was instantly brought down to surgery, the neurosurgeon then drained 88 ml of infectious abscess from his brain . All seemed well and a week later after another MRI we was told the abscess was back and more aggressive ..

So after 5 further brain surgeries Carson now has a device in his head for surgeons to access his cysts and abscess without hurting him too much ,  the cries of pain are something that will never be unheard ..

After weeks of us wanting to know how this was caused we got the prognosis that the electrode clip used during Carson’s birth was to blame , a routine procedure has ruined our lives . 

We are now at a stage where the NHS  have no idea on how to treat this to the level where Carson might have a chance of living a normal life , he will always need to be aided and assisted ..

We have now been told that Carson has suffered significant brain damage to the front left of his brain and we are desperately seeking the money so he can be treated privately , 

It’s very important to us to make sure Carson can start his life as brightly and as normal as he possibly can . 

This money is so that we can accommodate ourselves as both myself and Tiffany have had to take employment cuts whilst Carson is in the hospital , taxis to and from the hospital aren’t cheap and we will walk too and from where possible .. it will go towards  Carson’s physio therapy , but most importantly it’s so that Carson can have a surgery to have these abscess and cysts removed as the nhs won’t provide this service until Carson’s brain is more mature  it’s because of this why we don’t want to wait around and give these abscess and cysts the chance to cause further damage , we want them gone and then we can plan to build a life to the best we can .
