Hi my name is Kathy Ipsilantis, I write this on behalf of all the Educators at Clifton Street Childrens Centre , Northcote.
Ghonwa is not only someone we work with , but a kind , gentle,caring soul who brightens everyones day with her happy outlook on life.
Recently Ghonwa had been getting terrible headaches and just couldnt get rid of them so off to the doctors office she went ,after several scans the doctors had a prognosis and it wasnt good .
Ghonwa was diagnosed with a tumor in her brain and is at stage 3.
Ghonwa has discussed her options with doctors and is thinking about surgery to remove some of the tumour, before she undergoes this surgery that can have many complications , we know she would love to visit her family in Lebanon.
