Help Get Chloe to the Mayo Clinic

Please read Chloe's story
Our daughter Chloe has been accepted to be seen at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Mn.
Chloe is 16 and was diagnosed at 14 with dysautonomia, seizures, fainting spells, bp and heart rate drop to dangerous levels or rises to dangerous levels, heart palpitations, intercranial hypertension, suffers from migraines, plus many more symptoms that we have not been able to get under control. We have been to doctor after doctor. They change up her medications with every visit which kind of works for a short period of time but has yet to give her a good quality of life.
We were told by her neurosurgeon that the doctors in Texas don't know enough about dysautonomia and that she would benefit from seeking further help. I am in a support group for people with dysautonomia (POTS) and have been told how much the Mayo Clinic helped them with this disorder.
The Mayo Clinic does extensive testing, and we are hopeful they can help Chloe find an underlying cause and  give her a better quality of life. It has been a long, tiring, heartbreaking, scary couple of years in and out of hospitals.
This is far away from home. They have her scheduled with doctor’s day after day, so it will also be a long stay as well. The lodging, gas and food are all out of pocket expenses on top of medical.
Please help us get the help Chloe needs. She is a smart, beautiful, kind, God-loving young lady. She is strong and rarely complains. She wants a normal life where she can do things normal kids her age do, like drive, hang out with friends, stand on her feet for more than a few hours without the fear of passing out or having a seizure.
Chloe enjoys school and would love to stay a whole day. I am so thankful for how helpful the teachers, special ed director, 504 director and the nurse at Coldspring Oakhurst High School have been and how much they work with her to reach her educational goals. Chloe has been homebound, gone half day one day and the other half day the next trying so hard to stay in the classroom. She is very passionate about her grades and works hard to keep them up.
Anything helps, whether it's monetary, sharing her story, or sending love and much needed PRAYERS!
Thanks so much for taking the time to read her story and please, don't forget to SHARE!
