<div>Carson was rescued from Carson animal shelter in Los Angeles County approximately two years ago. After coding twice during neuter surgery and recovery, he was transported to the Corvallis area of Oregon where he has been ever since with the rescue. I’ve been running memories of Besa Rescue for 9 years. Without knowing much about his background, he was accepted an integrated with females and did fine. Unfortunately, he needed some behavioral modification, and eventually was put on doggy Prozac. This corrected any of the issues that he was having, and collectively, the people of this rescue don’t believe that he should be euthanized for any of his bad traits, rather going to a sanctuary where they will focus on his rehabilitation. A rescue and sanctuary in Oklahoma has offered to take him. But we have approximately two weeks and have to get a transporter to get him there because the RESCUE is having to be relocated from Oregon to the Massachusetts area. He needs to leave within 10 to 12 days at the latest from October 14, 2025. We found a good transporter who will charge 750 dollars. We’re trying to raise $800 to account for any additional expenses he may need prior to or during the transport. The move that doesn’t include him is partly due to the fact that the RESCUE director lost his job and is in court with his former employers over unpaid wages. In this crazy economy and time in our history, any and all help is greatly appreciated not only to help the RESCUE, but mostly to help this dog
