This is Abdul's 3rd time facing throat cancer, but this time he needed to get full voice box removal.  Total laryngectomy removes your r larynx (voice box), and you won't be able to speak using your vocal cords. After a laryngectomy, your windpipe (trachea) is separated from your throat, so you can no longer send air from your lungs out through your mouth to speak. 
This fund will help go for the cost of the surgery because he doesn’t have Insurance.
