Help get Boone through surgery for a new leg!

Donation protected
Hi everyone! This is my baby Boone and he is about two and a half years old. When I adopted him he was heart worm positive, hookworm positive, and he also was diagnosed with Lyme disease. He was extremely malnourished, but thankfully I have returned him to a healthy weight. Throughout the last few months we have successfully treated him for all of his illnesses with antibiotics. The last step I need to take is to put Boone through surgery to repair his back right leg where his ACL is torn. At first, the tear was only partial and treatment could be held off because he was in no pain and was able to use his leg enough to function normally. Recently I found that Boone has developed a full limp and cannot use his leg at all when we go on walks. The surgery that needs to be done is called a TPLO procedure. Throughout this procedure the surgeon will replace the shin of his bone, by cutting it and repositioning it with a metal plate and screws, making it so that Boone can never develop a tear in that leg again! This is a major operation that is required to be paid in full upfront. Boone has been on far too many medications for a dog of such a young age, and I adopted him as a stray only imagining the life that he lived before I rescued him. He's a celebrity with the kid's at my daycare job and the most docile dog I have ever come across. Please help me take this final step in restoring him to good health so that he can go on hiking adventures and beach walks with his mommy again!
