Help get Becca to the Heart Doctor

I am 68 years old and we need help. we lost our home and due to major repairs and massive water leak, that the owner refused to fix, The home was sold out from under us. My health went downhill and I had a stroke, then had to relocate , due to a huge water bill we had to move to Arkansas. to be able to get utilities, we now are renting a very small loft apartment and had to leave most of our things but we do what we need to do but the one thing we always needed was a car, We try to pay  what we can on our SS and we don't get food stamps so we go to the foodbank to be able to eat. The car is a necessity we had to have transmission work on it the day we moved and we did without for 3 months, even sleeping on the  floor not having any way to get our things from Memphis, Tennessee to West Memphis Arkansas. When we got the car work done we also knew how vital the car was for us. We spent almost $10 on A taxi to get groceries and laundry was even more and we had no one to help, so we purchased car shield to be able to take care of emergencies, now we have been paying for them and the car  broke down and now car shield said it is not covered and the garage towed the car in and was supposed to call car shield with the estimate instead it was only bolts that had come loose and now he is charging us almost $300 for replacing 3 bolts. That is today and tomorrow it is $50 more. We need our car I not only am in a wheel chair and also have been diagnosed with Congestive heart failure and my doctor is in Jonesboro an hour drive away. I need to be able to get to my appointments. I am asking for help to get my car out of the shop and have enough money to make it til our next check comes in. So whatever you can help with is a blessing, just to get our car back.
