Help George get back on his feet!

Hi, My name is Nikos. My good buddy George has been dealing with a COVID-19/ diabetes related medical issue going on six months now. After contracting and recovering from COVID-19 in 2020, he has suffered from complications with diabetes like he has never experienced prior. A simple cut of his foot, probably from rocking Crocs while he worked in his vegetable garden or tended to his chickens and bees, has led to an infection that won't go away. He has endured two surgeries now to remove infected parts of his foot. We are all hoping he is through the worst of it, but he's still just now out of the hospital for the second time and staying with a friend. He hasn't been able to walk or work or do much of anything since this started. He certainly has a while to go before he can get back on his feet and get back to work and try to survive this crazy world just like the rest of us try to do everyday. He's been out of work for nearly six months already and likely will be out of commission for several more. He has a mortgage to pay, winter bills to cover, and ridiculous medical bills piling up. George is not someone to ask for sympathy or for a ton of help from others. Yet, he's one of the few guys I know that's always been willing to help out others whenever he could. I've known George for going on 30 years. He's always been one of the most rock solid human beings I've had the privilege of knowing and being friends with. I'm sure plenty of other people that know him would agree with me on that. Right now, George needs a little help from his friends. Please donate whatever you can afford! Thank you!
