Help Genesis with “A Tale of Two Cities” film.

Dreams don’t build themselves. So, I chose to create my own path to success. Granted, I am an artist of many mediums but I have always enjoyed writing as a personal hobby. However, I never thought after years of focusing on fashion and branding my boutique that my arts degree would lead me down a path where I would find a passion for storytelling. We can thank J. Cole for that. Anyone who knows me, knows I’m a huge J. Cole fan. He’s such an amazing storyteller. One of my favorite songs of his is “A Tale of 2 Citiez”. While listening to this song, (most of his songs really) I found myself creating multiple sceneries and stories of my own interpretation of this particular song. Between juggling being a wife, mother of two small children, an entrepreneur, and working uber and lyft in hopes to save enough money to make this film as great as it deserves to be. I still have found it difficult getting all the funds I need to create this great film. My plan is to pitch my short film to not only major networks and streaming services but to dreamville and J. Cole himself in hopes of making this a larger picture that can hit all major theaters. The Synopsis of “A Tale of Two Cities”. **This drama is circulated around love, secrets, betrayal, death, and coping with death. A young man named Jermaine is trying not to be labeled as the stereotype and attempts to change his life for the better. He crosses paths with a woman named Nina whom he and his best friend Edward happens to fall in love with. Nina changes both of their lives and Jermaine changes hers but for better or for worse?
