<div>Gavin has a genetic condition that has affected the development of his teeth, leaving him missing 12 adult teeth. As a result, he faces years of orthodontic treatment, surgeries, and dental implants—procedures that are not only emotionally challenging but also incredibly expensive.
</div>
<div>Gavin is a bright, outgoing, and intelligent young man with a wonderful future ahead of him. He faces every challenge with resilience and determination, and it is heartbreaking as parents to watch him struggle with something that is completely beyond his control. If we could carry this burden for him ourselves, we would do so without hesitation.
</div>
<div>The first steps in Gavin's treatment are braces, which will help align his teeth and prepare him for the next phase: bone grafts and surgical implants. These procedures are not simply cosmetic—they are essential for his health and quality of life. Gavin's narrow palate affects his ability to breathe and eat properly, making treatment medically necessary.
</div>
<div>Unfortunately, time is becoming a critical factor. Because of Gavin's age, we have a limited window to use orthodontic treatment to expand and correct his palate before the bones fully fuse. If that window closes, he will require a much more invasive surgical procedure to achieve the same result. Every month that passes makes treatment more urgent.
</div>
<div>Adding to these challenges, our family has experienced financial hardship after my husband suffered a serious back injury that has left him unable to work. We are doing everything we can, but the cost of Gavin's treatment is simply more than we can manage on our own.
</div>
<div>We are humbly asking for help. Any donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward Gavin's orthodontic care, surgeries, and medical expenses. If you are unable to donate, sharing Gavin's story would mean the world to us as well.
</div>
<div>Your generosity will make a real difference in Gavin's life—helping him breathe easier, eat more comfortably, smile with confidence, and receive the care he needs while there is still time. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for considering our family and for any support you can provide.
