On August 6, 20-year-old Gavin from Washington Township, NJ, was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident that has left him fighting through incredibly serious injuries in the ICU at Cooper Hospital.

Gavin suffered two strokes to his brain, along with multiple fractures, including injuries to his knee, pelvis, arms, and shoulder. He has a long and difficult road ahead of him, and right now, his family and friends are focused on one thing — being by his side and helping him fight his way through this.

Anyone who knows Gavin knows what a hardworking, smart, caring young man he is. He loves riding his motorcycle, spending time with his group of friends, being with his family, and simply enjoying life. He is the kind of friend who is truly loved by everyone lucky enough to know him.

But most of all, Gavin is deeply loved by his family. He means more to them than words could ever express. Seeing someone they love so much lying in an ICU bed and facing such serious injuries is something no family is ever prepared for. They are surrounding Gavin with all the love, strength, prayers, and encouragement they possibly can, and they will be beside him every step of the way.

At just 20 years old, Gavin should have so much life ahead of him. His recovery will likely be long and challenging, and the expenses that come with a tragedy like this can quickly become overwhelming. This GoFundMe has been created to help ease some of that burden so Gavin and his family can concentrate on what matters most — his healing and recovery.
