Help Gage heal his heart

Hi! This is my 5 month old puppy Gage. He has a heart condition called Pulmonic Stenosis that is severe. Pulmonic Stenosis (PS) is a congenital defect of the pulmonary valve. This valve is between the right ventricle in the heart and the blood vessel to the lungs. The valve doesn't open properly, and the opening for blood flow is much smaller than in a normal heart. Since the same amount of blood must pass through a smaller hole, the right side of the heart has to work a lot harder. Over time, the pressures on the right side of the heart will increase dramatically and the heart muscles on that side thicken to compensate. If his condition is left untreated, Gage can go into right-sided heart failure. To correct this heart problem, he needs a procedure called Balloon Valvuloplasty. The surgery involves placement of a catheter into the right side of the heart to reach the pulmonary valve. Once the balloon is in position, it's inflated and then removed. The goal is to use the balloon to open the valve so that it allows blood to flow into the lungs more easily. Without this procedure, Gage's life expectancy significantly drops to 3-5 years. This operation would be needed within this year to prevent permanent damage to his heart. Any and all help to give Gage the long life he deserves is beyond appreciated!
