Hiya, I am Gaby mitchell, also known as EBroxas72 online. I am a disabled artist and cosplayer online.

So in July, I reinjured a lower spine injury that had kept me in a wheelchair for over 7 years. After multiple doctor appointments since the reinjury, we have figured out that I have 2 herniated disks and a couple of facet injuries across my L4 and L5 disks.

The swelling from one of them is currently crushing my sciatic nerve, causing a lot of pain if I try to stand or move in certain ways, which is why I am back in the wheelchair.

According to the doctor I am seeing, I will need to receive spinal injections to said area.

And if those don't help, then I will need possible surgery to fix this issue.

In addition to this, I have also started Physical therapy for this injury.

The injections will cost roughly [phone redacted]ish? And PT is 100 a pop.

Right now, I can not afford this and keep up with the cost of living at the same time.

Everything I have paid so far has been out of pocket cuz my insurance doesn't activate until January, and with how the doctor talked about what is wrong with me and my risk for permanent nerve damage, I can't wait until then.

So I am biting my pride and asking for help.

The idea right now is just to pay for the injections and for a month's worth of PT. (twice a week for 5 weeks. *right now I have only been able to afford once every 2 weeks*)

Anything left over will be for the surgery, so even if this meets its current goal, every extra donation will help if It comes to me needing surgery.

As of right now, I have no idea how much the possible surgery will cost, though I am presuming it's gonna be a lot.

So I am just gonna pray that the injections will be good enough, and if I do need the surgery, I will keep y'all updated on the costs of that.
