Help Gabriel get into a Hospital for his Covid-19

Hello. My Name is Greg, a retired pastor in Western NY (SilverLakeNY), and I am fund raising for the 27-year-old son of a friend of mine both of whom reside in the Philippines. The son's name is Gabriel and he is in need of immediate medical attention. We lost a mutual friend to Covid-19 just weeks ago and we have been working to prevent others from being infected. Unfortunately, the Philippines has not organized a vaccination program yet, other than the one scheduled for mid-January, 2022. In U.S.A., we work on credit which means a job is performed and then we pay for it. The Philippines is very different. One must pay for everything first, and then the service is rendered. This is also very true of their hospitals. They will, however, accept one-half of the estimated amount in order to enter the hospital and begin treatment. I am seeking to raise only the hospital entry amount, oxygen costs (which are separate) and required Covid Swab Tests (which need to be renewed frequently) in order for them to travel. We have exhausted our funds helping others to get treated and buy masks, etc., and now find the need among ourselves (again). I live in the U.S.A. and have been completely vaccinated and plan a booster shot for this month (I am 74 years old and want to do everything I can to help in spite of using up all available funds). I pray for some additional help from others to treat Gabriel so he may be able to return to helping his father in donating his time to this valuable work. His father, Sebastian, is currently on leave from the Bank of the Philippines until he is fully recovered from his own bout with Covid. It is urgent that Gabriel gets into the hospital and treated before he suffocates from it.
