<div>On February 5, 2012, MeskayeHezunan MedhaneAlem Ethiopian Orthodox Church began with just a few faithful members. Over the years, families have come and gone, but through it all, our church has remained a source of light, love, and faith. Though small in number, we have always made a big impact — especially in the lives of our children, who have grown up learning to walk with Christ in this spiritual home.

<div>For us, the church is more than a building. It is God’s house, a shelter for His children, and a place where hearts are nourished, faith is strengthened, and community is built.

<div><strong>Our Challenge</strong>
</div>
<div>By God’s mercy, we were blessed with a place of worship for many, many years. But now, the property has been sold, and while our Muslim neighbors have graciously allowed us temporary use of the second building, they will soon need it to accommodate their own families. This means we must urgently find and purchase a permanent home for our congregation before the end of October.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>የገጠመን ፈተና</strong>
</div>

<div>[Present Day]
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why We Need Your Help</strong>
</div>
<div>Our vision is to purchase a church home that will serve as a lasting foundation for our community. With this home, God willing, we will be able to:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Continue faith classes for both children and adults, in Amharic and English.
</li>
<li>Expand community support and outreach.
</li>
<li>Provide daycare and new opportunities for families.
</li>
<li>Celebrate our holy days with enough space for all who wish to worship!
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The building we hope to purchase with God's grace costs $1.5 million, but our immediate goal is to raise $100,000 toward a down payment. From there, we will continue to raise funds for necessary renovations, both for parking and inside the church, to make it ready for our traditions and community needs.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
</li>
</li>
</li>
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div>እንቀጥላለን።

<div><strong>How You Can Help</strong>
</div>
<div>Genuinely every prayer, every share, and every donation — no matter the size — brings us one step closer to securing a permanent spiritual home for our congregation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please consider giving to help ensure that the faithful hearts of MeskayeHezunan MedhaneAlem Church always have a place to worship, to grow, and to call home.
