Help fundraise for Ihsaan: Islamic Therapy Service

We humbly request your help to raise £5,000 this Ramadan to continue to grow Ihsaan Therapeutic Services so we can serve the spiritual and mental health needs of our communities. 

Thanks to your efforts and generosity, we were able to raise over £8,000 last year by which we were able to secure our own dedicated office space (with furniture and rent) and extend the provision of services for our patients.

We are actively meeting the spiritual and mental health needs of the Muslim community through:

* Provision of religiously and culturally appropriate counselling and therapy
* Supporting male and female masjid and madrasa staff through group supervision
* Peer support groups 
* Mental health workshops  
* Quality training for professionals and community workers in partnership with Al-Balagh Academy and the IAIP
* Mental health awareness e.g. talks in schools, online, mosques, podcasts
* Transitioning to our new structure as a CIC
