Donate to the Mary Hill Memorial Fund

Mary Hutchins Hill known as “Mumma Hill” by her children and family friends passed away peacefully on September 21st 2021. Her children are establishing a scholarship to assist families of fellow Plymouth State University employees who suffer hardship or loss.

 

Please consider donating to help establish and fund this scholarship in lieu of gifts or flowers to the family.

The goal is to raise enough money initially to fund this for the first few years then collaborate with the University, local non-profits, and the community by hosting various fundraising initiatives to award this scholarship in Mary’s honor for years to come. Hopefully, in the future, this scholarship can be expanded to support for local high school students pursuing higher education and entering  the job market.

Calling hours will be from 6-8 on Tuesday, September 28th 2021. We are coordinating a memorial service and celebration of life on campus at Plymouth State University for the evening of October 6th.
