For a decade, our community has hosted this annual BBQ and baton-passing ceremony to celebrate and honor our high school, college, military, trade school, and graduate school graduates.

Our annual celebration includes a powerful baton-passing ceremony where family members or friends of the graduate share a few words of encouragement to inspire them to keep running the next leg of the race.

Join us Saturday, June 28 from 2:00p to 6:00p as we come together to fellowship, enjoy good food and music, and celebrate the accomplishments of our graduates.

We'll see you on Parkview Terrace between Keer Avenue and Hansbury Avenue in Newark's Historic Weequahic Neighborhood.

NOTE: 100% of the funds raised will be used to provide scholarships to each of our honorees.
