Help Fund Plant-Based Gastropub Downtown Raleigh

Hello!  We are the Element Gastropub family and we are in the process of bringing Downtown Raleigh, NC a 100% Plant-Based Gastropub & Taproom.   After years of culinary experimentation and countless calories, we've decided to bring our passion and dream to the City of Oaks.   We originally purchased our location, took on the lease and created our concept right before COVID19 hit.  We had our sights set on an August launch and opening date, but during June of this year Raleigh suffered a major protest / riot which damaged almost every single business on our street.  With the delayed construction in City Plaza as well as the restrictions brought upon the hospitality industry by COVID19, we have been unable to open our doors.     



We specialize in plant-based cuisine that could fool any seasoned omnivore.  From lobster rolls to juicy burgers, Element Gastropub is serving pub style food to the masses, a place where you can bring your skeptical friends or family members and still have something delicious for them to eat.

Unfortunately with the various external factors, our reservoir to go towards opening has dwindled!  We’re asking for any donations to help us finish up with our construction process, fully automated beer tap system updates and inventory (20 taps is a lot of inventory), and exchange many of our cooking surfaces with equipment never used with meat.  On top of that, since we're opening in the Winter months, we really want to utilize our huge patio and add heating all around as well.
