Hi everyone, my name is Ruby McCracken. I’m 24 years old and I’ve been living with Lyme disease since I was 14. Lyme disease is a chronic illness caused by a parasitic infection that can affect the nervous system, joints, muscles, energy levels, and the immune system.
  Recently, my symptoms have worsened significantly. I experience intense body aches, joint pain, muscle weakness, frequent headaches, extreme fatigue, brain fog, a constant need for sleep, and unintentional weight loss. Because Lyme disease weakens my immune system, even minor illnesses hit me harder and take longer to recover. These symptoms make it difficult to work and manage everyday life.
  When I was first diagnosed, I underwent ozone therapy, which greatly improved my symptoms and stabilized my health. Since then, I haven’t been able to continue treatment due to the high cost and have relied mainly on dietary changes. While diet has helped somewhat, it is no longer enough, and my symptoms have continued to worsen.
  I’m preparing to move to Atlanta and will receive treatment at Atlanta Ozone Therapy Clinic, which uses a medical form of oxygen to support the immune system, reduce inflammation, and help the body fight infections. When I had ozone therapy years ago, it made a huge difference in my energy, pain levels, and overall wellbeing. During treatment, symptoms may temporarily worsen, and I will need significant rest, making it impossible to work.
  Ozone therapy is expensive, with sessions starting around $600 and increasing up to $1,000. Because of the cost and the need to focus fully on healing, I’m asking for support during this difficult time.
