Hello everyone, Our names are Justin Bradfield and Aubrey Gilman. We are the proud owners of the bestest boy Ryker! Unfortunately our Ryker has been diagnosed with Hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, which is an illness that causes extensive vomiting and diarrhea. The illness is caused by nasty bacteria building up and slowly destroying the lining of the intestines. We have been taking him to multiple vet appointments to get him right, but now they are going to be keeping him overnight for a few days. However as some of you may know vet appointments are not remotely cheap :( we are asking for some donations to help pay for our boys vet stay so we can make sure he is 100% good to go! We are extremely thankful for everyone who has kept us in their prayers as this has been an extremely scary experience and we are hoping for the best outcome when it comes to our boy!
What’s Happening Now?
He is currently being hospitalized at Michigan State University veterinary hospital, they are going to be doing testing and making sure he is completely healthy and recovered for when he is able to come home.
Update 05/05/2024
Ryker is home and doing so much better. He has a great appetite, solid stool and his spunky personality. He’s still a little bit sleepy which is to be expected but he’s happy to back home and play/cuddle whit his mom, dad, and cats.

Ryker is almost 3 years old (His Bday is 06-01)
He is a mix of everything Shepard but be sure he is 100% good boy
He absolutely loves his mom and dad and his cats Malla and Turkey
He is extremely spoiled and always gets his way
He hates fire alarms and new people (but quickly warms up to people)
He loves cuddling with mom and dad any chance he gets but he also loves playing with his best friend Bean
