<div>Sail Beyond Horizons is a nonprofit that pairs real sailing with licensed therapy to help people navigate life's hardest weather. Working one-on-one with licensed therapists, our participants — veterans and anyone struggling with emotional regulation, anxiety, trauma, or feeling stuck — learn to steady themselves on the water and carry that same calm and resilience back to shore. It's an approach backed by growing research, and it works because it doesn't feel like therapy: people show up, and they keep coming back. But time on the water isn't free — boats, certified instructors, and licensed therapists all cost money. We're raising funds to cover the cost of sessions so that anyone who needs this can take part, regardless of what they can afford.
