Help Fund Innovaboxes to Promote STEM Learning

Hi there! We’re Innova Learning Ltd, a team of nucleargraduates who have come together to create our own not-for-profit small-medium enterprise and product. This product is the Innovabox, a ready-to-go learning experience in a box designed to make STEM accessible and fun for young people in primary education. The Innovabox contains the components needed for a day of STEM-related activities, along with a bespoke Teacher’s Pack to guide the lessons and interactive, exclusive website to support the day’s lessons and beyond. Your donations will allow us to produce the Innovaboxes and get these into classrooms, at no cost the schools, students or parents.

Recognising the STEM-based skills gap in the UK, we are aiming to demonstrate the appeal of these subjects to children from a young age while promoting STEM careers as accessible and rewarding professions regardless of background or gender. Innovabox will leave a positive footprint, being comprised of recyclable, reusable or biodegradable products, and seeking to educate students on environmental issues. In addition, our sponsorship and fundraising model means that schools will be able to benefit from the Innovabox without eating into their budgets, and we hope to ensure that Innovaboxes are made available to students from less privileged backgrounds as well to promote equality of opportunity. In addition, any profits we make will be going to In2scienceUK, a great charity which shares our values of equality and inclusivity in STEM and empowers young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to achieve their potential through life changing, confidence boosting opportunities giving them insights into STEM careers.
