Help Fund Houa's Medical Expenses

On October 11, 2018, my mother, Houa Xiong, experienced a transient ischemic attack (TIA) when she was visiting my sister in California.  A TIA is basically a ministroke that can lead into a full blown stroke. Due to not being admitted right away, she’s experiencing some paralysis. She's unable to move the right side of her face or her right arm and leg. She's unable to walk, but recently was able to sit up by herself.  My mother's insurance doesn't cover treatments for TIA because she's from out of state. For her to return to Wisconsin,  the doctors said that she must fly first class because of her condition, so that's going to be quite expensive. If anyone could help with her medical expense and flight ticket back home, we would greatly appreciate it. Any amount, small or big, we would be grateful for your generosity.
