My name is Jen Acuna and I am fundraising to continue my bakery operation. I have tried, on numerous occasions, to apply for a small business loan and have been unable to secure funding primarily because I do not have a house for collateral. I have no idea how to go about getting investors so this is the only way to raise money outside of direct sales. The fact that I do not have a store front makes selling my products challenging. I am tireless in my efforts to educate potential clients on how to go about ordering and picking up products from my "bakery". I invite you to read the numerous positive reviews on my website. I offer high quality, delicious baked goods. I am fully licensed and insured as a bakery. I currently operate out of a licensed commercial kitchen. My goal is to have a store one day where anyone can walk in and purchase any of my products on the spot. I would also like to teach classes on food art as that is my passion.

Your donation will help pay the rent at the kitchen, purchase ingredients and packaging supplies, pay for advertising and help pay the costs to hire an employee in the future. I will be forever grateful for any and all help I receive to continue my craft as a food artist and supporter of small grain farms.
