In Bloom is an independent dystopian short film currently in development by Sophia Da Silva! Our story follows a witty intern resisting her totalitarian society by igniting a government coup to protect her family.

In Bloom is an homage to Sophia's father and his youth in the United States as a Brazilian immigrant seeking to work his way up and out of the working class, enduring any struggle if it meant his family could have a better life.

Themes of immigration, broken systems, and injustice echo into the environment of the world today as well, and we'd love for people to hear the story we have to tell with YOUR help!
