<div>On a quiet morning in Phoenix, Fernando stood outside a local Home Depot, hoping to earn a few hours of work to support his family—something he’s done for years. Instead, he was violently tackled to the ground by ICE agents. At over 60 years old, Fernando ran in fear for his life—but he didn’t get far.

</div>

<div><strong>Fernando is a diabetic, suffers from Valley Fever (a serious illness that has left holes in his lungs), and now sits in medical isolation at the Florence Detention Center. </strong>He’s alone, terrified, and unable to see or speak with his family.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>He has lived in the United States for over 30 years. He has no criminal record. He is a neighbor, a father, a friend—and he’s in detention simply because of his immigration status.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Now, Fernando’s family is facing a terrifying legal battle they cannot afford. With every passing day, Fernando’s health deteriorates, and his hope hangs in the balance. They urgently need legal representation to fight for his release before it’s too late.

<div>This is where you come in.

</div>

<div>We’re calling on the community to stand up for Fernando—because no one should be ripped from their family, denied medical care, or treated like a criminal for simply trying to survive. <strong>Every dollar you give goes directly toward Fernando’s legal defense and the fight to reunite him with his family.</strong>
