My name is Danny and this is for my

cat Fredo. Fredo is 12 years old, been with me almost my entire adulthood and means the world to me. I adopted him while I was still in college and had gotten my first apartment. It was on a whim and I was extremely allergic to cats so i'm not sure what made me adopt a cat. However, he quickly became my best bud. Hes probably the friendliest cat I've ever seen and as he got older, we got him a friend named Fifi who also adores him. Recently, hes taken a turn for the worse. He has developed a condition called hepatic lipidosis which effects the liver. Hes currently got jaundice and isn't eating on his own. Hes hospitalized at the moment and they are preparing to install a feeding tube into his esophagus to be used until he begins eating on his own which could take weeks or longer. Prognosis seems good with this care and we are very happy about that. However, we have racked up a bill that is now well over $3500 and thats not including what all we might need in order to continue his recovery from home. Prescription foods and whatnot. I also just had to get a new wheel bearing in my car and not even a few days later, my transmission blew out. If you know anything about that, its expensive. So funds in the household are pretty low at the moment. Anything that can be done to help Fredo and myself out would greatly be appreciated. I also have plenty of paperwork showing my bills and would be willing to share them. Uploading initial bill in photos also, but they dont include the additional stay time they added on to get a transfusion done in order to be able to put the feeding tube in.
